dc.description.abstractThe CCS Study has been carried out with a specific objective. The objective can be understood can be understood in two different perspectives. 1. Given that Artificial Intelligence is the buzz word and there are discussions across different sectors as to how AI can transform the business landscape, it is important to understand how AI can be adopted in any business of any size. Most AI technologies that we see are standalone or solve a particular problem in a unique way, but how and where does AI feature in the firm’s business. 2. In other perspective, as someone in any specific industry how does one make use of AI technology and derive its benefits. In a clear sense, there are a lot of advancements and developments seen in the healthcare Industry over the past 5 years, how can Apollo Hospitals or Narayana Health make use of these technologies in improving their business. Where should they start? How should they go about the process? How do they access the fitment? Effectively the report tries to address these questions.
