This results in departure/ arrival delays, flight cancellation and in some extreme cases airport closure. These operational irregularities are known as disruptions. The problem of disruption has existed since the beginning of the airline industry, impacting the operation. Hence, it is important for an airline to use efficient and accurate recovery process. The focus of this project is to come up with a “Disruption model” in order to minimize the overall delay in arrival time for affected passengers. | URI: | https://repository.iimb.ac.in/handle/2074/19654 |
