dc.description.abstract | It has been one year since the first COVID-19 case and the still the world has not gotten back to its normalcy. Livelihood of many people was disturbed, and tourism is one big sector that saw a major hit. The outlook for the recovery of tourism economy remains highly uncertain, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to heavily hit the sector. Though domestic tourism is showing some signs of recovery, international tourism is showing no signs of recovery. Governments across the globe are taking impressive action to revive the sector. But are consumers willing to take the risk and travel between the countries for leisure and fun? In this project, we have studied the consumer attitude towards international tourism, understood if they are willing to spend money, travel and visit places in foreign countries. We have understood the different factors that influence the decision to go on an international trip. | |
