Abstract: ABC is one of the India’s largest integrated solar company. The company is into Utility-Scale of Solar Panels and Rooftop Projects. Owing to its sector-specific customized solutions, they are one of the largest solar rooftop EPC players in India. The two product lines that are in focus for the company are solar pumps and solar roof tops. The current supply chain management concept of ABC is conventional, wherein the demand forecasting, sourcing, stocking, and delivery system are managed and handled in traditional methods with a lack in the utilization of technology. Moreover, the demand planning is currently based on business forecasts and is non-interactive with the market’s demand signals. We need to develop an efficient supply chain management model of Rooftops and Pumps verticals in the B2C market, which will adopt the digitization of end to end supply chain. The first action plan will be to understand the existing supply chain model B2B segment and to implement a Demand-Driven Supply Network, which will integrate a system of technologies and processes that can sense and respond to real-time demand signals across a network of customers and suppliers. The scope of this project is to utilize the competencies of the B2B supply chain to improve the B2C supply chain.
