In collaboration with VI agroforestry (VIAF) Uganda we will evaluate part of their program running from 2013-2016. We will use exogenous variation in rainfall as a proxy for income shocks and see if the effect on our outcome variable differs between farmers who are. 1) connected to a VSLA network and/or 2) equipped with a water harvesting tank compared to the ones who are not.
