Keywords: | Insolite travel;Marketing aspects;Innovation | Issue Date: | 2019 | Publisher: | Indian Institute of Management Bangalore | Series/Report no.: | PGP_CCS_P19_045 | Abstract: | The subject we have chosen to tackle for the CCS project concerns the unusual activities market, which is a buoyant and expanding sector in France and worldwide. We found it interesting to highlight potential developments in this market by studying more closely the market players, the start-up unusual travel. We contacted the CEO Virginie Hermant who shared with us a vision of the market for unusual market activities as well as the data necessary to create a market panorama. We made this project possible by Email exchanges and two one-hour video conferences. Insolite travel offers both unusual activities and accommodation that allow people to fully enjoy an unusual place in an unusual setting. The strength of the startup resides in the human side, it places the customer at the center of attention in an unusual place which allows it to find itself disconnected from the routine | URI: | https://repository.iimb.ac.in/handle/2074/19916 |
