Spirituality is not a religious system or cultural philosophy. It is a living natural function of the human being. It is independent of any belief, religion or dogma. It consists in recognizing the existence of our true Self, our ESSENCE, and learning to let ourselves be guided by it. It is therefore the discovery of another dimension of ourselves, a luminous, powerful and grandiose part, which only needs to be developed through experience. When we are in connection with it, it transforms our inner state, which is then characterized by joy and freedom. It also transforms our body sensations, because it acts as a Source of energy and elevates our vibratory state. We are invited to achieve this state by observing the games of the ego, its resistance, and by cultivating trust and letting go. Practical keys such as observing our feelings and meditation are suggested.
