dc.description.abstract | Diversity is highly influenced by inclusion that implies sense of value and inclusion inculcated among employees in an organization. It requires concurrent recognition of differences and finally incapacitating them across organizations and people. Diversity is the source of justice and fair acts. An individual need to have a sense of belongingness, appreciation, fair treatment and acknowledgement irrespective of the basis of identification. An investment in diversity by organization reflects in both economic gains as well as in a delicate indication in the form of heightened commitment, well-being and respect that everyone deserves. | |
