Since its inception the organization under the leadership of its Managing Director & CEO Mr. Manoj Rajan has brought various reforms in the agriculture marketing domain. The organization has worked on an array of projects which involve fairer auction process for farmers & traders, better assaying facility, better price mechanism etc. The work done by ReMS has increased the trust of farmers and trader’s community in the government bidding process and has led to increased participation from both sides. Going ahead in order to make the process more efficient ReMS is looking towards providing logistics services to attract more traders to trade on their platform. The report studies the various aspects of ReMS business and suggests frameworks through which a 3PL partner can be onboarded by ReMS to provide logistics service to its traders. | URI: | https://repository.iimb.ac.in/handle/2074/20011 |
