dc.description.abstract | As AchitraBorgohain sat in his makeshift office at the NS Raghavan Center for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL), a start-up incubator in the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), he was in a pensive state of mind. As the CEO of BinBag, a recently started venture, he had many questions on his mind. He pondered on the possibility of different routes he could take to reach his customers. BinBag was gaining traction in the e-waste collection sector, but new challenges regarding scalability and sustainability could make or break his company. He had a meeting scheduled with Flipdeal, an Indian e-commerce giant, and he needed to take a very crucial decision which would determine the fate of his company in the future. | |
