Abstract: Net Neutrality means that every point on the network can connect to any other point on the network without discrimination on the basis of origin, destination or type of data1 . The data that we send over the internet travels in the form of “Deep Packets” which are like envelopes indicating the sender and the receiver. Based on this definition, in a net neutral environment, the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are supposed to deliver all the content at the same speed and at the same cost. This also supports freedom of speech and innovation.
