dc.description.abstract | India Post is the largest postal network in the world with a variety of services under its ambit. These services include mail, money transfer, banking, insurance and retail services. In this report, an analysis of some of the top products and services has been done together with their appropriate marketing communication strategy. Since marketing in the online space is one of the most effective tools in today’s world, a separate section has been dedicated for the same. Also, the e-commerce space in India presents a highly lucrative opportunity and hence, a detailed analysis and strategy for the entry of India Post into this e-commerce industry has been presented. | |
