Abstract

Buckingham Manufacturing Group is an ISO 9001:2008 certified and is primarily responsible for the design and manufacture of climbing and work positioning equipment, fall protection gear and accessories specifically designed for the electric, telecommunications, cable and professional arborist markets. Buckingham Manufacturing Group is looking to expand into Latin America with their Arborists' & Linemen's Equipment. In this context, the firm is seeking the support from Cornell University and IIM Bangalore students to help it in achieving its objectives. We believe the client wants to achieve the following objectives *Understand the Latin American market about the usage of Arborists' & Linemen's Equipment - Provide deep *understanding and assessment of opportunities *Establish cost of business development in new market(s) *Establish whether the business environment in the identified markets is favorable *Establish recommendations for the market entry
