dc.description.abstract | As exchange students from France, we wanted to do a small research on one subject that is both present in India and in France. We felt that the subject should be a critical aspect in every industry. Recruitment is a strategic issue for any company, the capital represented by human resources is essential. Recruiting is a trade in itself that requires skills, tools and time. For a small company U even more so than for a large group U every recruitment process is a real challenge. The results of the company depend on it, especially when it comes to recruitment in one of the key functions: production, sales, marketing, etc. If the employee does not have the required skills, if he does not adapt to the company's culture, if he does not fit into the team, then the company will be less reactive in markets and will not honor them. In short, the organization will lose effectiveness. Thus, the purpose of this study is based on the similarities and differences of the recruitment processes between India and France. We asked ourselves some interesting questions such as: is the recruitment in India different from the processes back in France or not? Does the Indian market have discriminatory factors? Can we propose some improvement factors for recruitment? We will try to answer those questionings throughout our study. But we can say for sure that recruitment is therefore an art difficult to master and whose stakes generate stress both for the employee and the employer | |
