dc.description.abstract | The objective of the project is to provide a blueprint of future of M&A in India and hence provide enough background to the C-level executives to spot potential opportunities floating in the Indian financial services industry, as and when they arise. This CCS project focuses on the future of the financial services in India particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions. The project involves in depth analysis using PEST framework covering Political, Economic, and Social & Technological scenario in M&A segment in India in the coming decade. The purpose of the project is to provide meaningful information to C-level executives so that they can develop strategies around them. It will help them immensely in taking decisions which mainly cover: • Relative positioning of the company towards competitors. • Leveraging superior information access. • Advanced understanding of the future competitive environment. • Provide a basis for more detailed planning. • Stimulate change and become building block for subsequent plans. | |
