Abstract: Adopting the power of data & technology is challenging for organizations from multiple points of view. In addition to cost, the inertia is also deeply rooted in behavioural change as the transformation of the decision-making process, from being dependent on heuristics to evolving to a much more objective data-driven approach, is changing the fundamentals of every role. The introduction of data analytics requires a mindset change where roles are growing, and no one can be an expert forever. The availability of data is making every part much more dynamic & organizations are required to drop the fixed mindset & get into the mentality of forever learning.
