And through this project, it was observed that factors such as celebrity endorsement, informative marketing initiatives, range of the vehicle, battery capacity, and charging speed etc. play a vital role in driving the purchase decision of the consumer. Further research helped us conclude that the real challenges in adoption of electric-vehicles in India is due the lack of adequate charging infrastructure.
