dc.description.abstract | The origin of this series goes back to a suggestion made to me by my publishers in a meeting that took place in my office in early 2005. During the conversation, I was flooded by a number of ideas, memories and insights. It struck me then that I had been an instructor in management for close to fifteen years! I also realized that these years had been immensely challenging yet fulfilling and rewarding. While I had embarked upon innovative forays in creativity, leadership and spirituality by floating successful elective courses in some of these domains, my biggest challenge in more ways than one was however the core course that I currently teach at IIM Bangalore called Business, Government and Politics in Indian Society. | |
