Abstract: Due to various changes in people's lives, internet usage, and the rapid adoption of technological platforms, the business of delivering meals from restaurants to homes is becoming more popular. The pandemic and lockdown only fueled the industry's expansion. The food sector is capitalizing on these characteristics and engaging customers in novel ways. Food delivery services such as Zomato, Swiggy etc. offer customers a variety of cu isines and restaurants to pick from. They employ elements such as recommendations and tailored messages, and they are continually improving their services. The meal delivery business has grown rapidly as a result of its capacity to provide users with convenience and dependability. Our initiative is to give insights into the elements that impact online meal ordering via various applications.
