dc.description.abstract | For regular Online wallet users, a payment experience that is seamless, intuitive and safe, is highly desired. Also, an easy-to-operate application is easily accepted by all age groups and further new features like getting rewards and cashback can enhance customer engagement. Through our CCS project, we'd like to investigate these possibilities and make new feature recommendations for Google Pay, in order to provide customers with an unparalleled money transaction experience, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and engagement, and u lt imately increasing market share and revenue. We'll also identify customers' pain points and gaps in the current solution, as well as recommend new features and improved implementation of existing ones. | |
