dc.description.abstract	This project involves analyzing the supply chain at DELL for laptop shipment from China to the USA use case from a lead time perspective. After analysis, the next step includes developing a framework to get tracking data for various parts of the product journey. Finally, a statistical analysis will be performed on the available data to forecast lead times for the various legs of the product journey and a system UI display will be recommended to represent the data.
