dc.description.abstractThis report aims to study the repurposing of Aarogya Setu and Co-WIN platforms. In the study we will provide an overview of the Indian healthcare industry, Aarogya Setu app and Co-WIN platform. Then we will look at the increase in the scope of the platforms after repurposing. The report then goes on to talk about the data privacy concerns linked with such a huge platform involving various stakeholders. Finall y, we will benchmark the Ind ian data laws against the successful GDPR Europe laws, then lay down way forward for India in terms of data privacy laws. Finally, we look at the telemedicine infrastructure in India which is being offered as eSanjeevaniOPD.
