Abstract: In the fast-paced world it is necessary for a person to have everything in the reach of the hand. With the eruption of pandemic and the need for robust supply chain resilience pan India many companies are facing the issue to shift their supply chain from a pre covid era to a post covid era. Also, with the increase in resilience and the urge to reach lower tier cities by the companies have made the supply chain experts look for innovative ways. In this project we have also faced a similar problem where a company like Herbal life Nutrition is facing problem in its last mile delivery and also in optimizing its supply chain. In this context we have formulated a strategy at every level of the supply chain thereby giving them a robust solution that will be beneficial for them. We have identified the most optimized path for delivery goods to destination, the type of vehicles to be used, the shipment types and for last mile delivery we have defined a tradeoff between cost and time for the different logistic service provider, renting warehouse by clustering or using an optimized warehouse replenishing techniques to fulfil the demand from nearest warehouse by using transportation formulation.
