dc.description.abstractAs a part of our work for CCS, we looked at the Dabble playart; we worked on figuring out the growth strategy for the startup in the short term. We focused on analyzing the startup's market development and market penetration opportunities in the identified target markets. For market development, we analyzed the USA market to determine the feasibility of market entry and winning strategy in a new market. At the same t ime, we looked at avenues for market penetration and strategy to grow in the existing Indian market. In our analysis, we found that considering the firm's current capabilit ies and strengths, expanding the " Dabble Community" for brand building should be focused on in the short term. At the same time, efforts for digital brand building through social media like lnstagram and Facebook need to be elevated. Some recommendations also focused on improving the immediate return on the money spent on performance marketing.
