Abstract: Recent focus on climate change, healthcare, societal issues has resulted in an environment where acting and reporting on environment, social and governance (ESG) issues cannot be delayed. As the world rapidly globalizes and the Indian supply chain integrates with the global value chain, it is imperative that organizations build better, sustainable ecosystems. This has resulted in a rapid increase in reporting and transparency ofESG initiatives. However, regulatory push has been lukewarm More and more investors, customers, suppliers, employees and vendors are driving organizations to make more sustainable choices and to make these disclosures in a timely and accurate manner. As part of this project, our goal is to identify how companies strategize their ESG plans and initiatives, understand how they communicate these plans and visions. We have chosen the top 10 sustainable companies as reported by Sustain Labs in partnership with Business world.
