dc.description.abstract | Japan is known worldwide for its hospitality culture and restaurant experiences. The Japanese restaurant industry is worth 14 trillion yen (2021) but is divided into large chains, familyowned or fancy restaurants, and convenience stores. Through this project, we tried analyzing the Japanese restaurant industry's outlook on its operations and deep dive to understand the core principles of their functioning and the best practices followed. This study will focus majorly on the below-mentioned aspects of this industry: *The food habits followed by people in Japan. *Understand the composition of the restaurant industry in Japan. *Rising trend of Japanese restaurants in India *Rising trend of Indian restaurants in Japan. *Market entry recommendations for Japanese restaurants in India. | |
