Abstract: The project would aim to address the main roadblocks in scaling-up implementation of Solar Cooler Program with women retailers and make a business case for eKOcool placement. Solar Coolers are solar technology based freezers that were launched by Coca Cola last year to sell chilled beverages in electricity deficient areas. At the same time, this initiative aimed to economically empower women as these freezers would be given only to women run outlets.
