Personalization of mailers: Info Edge India Pvt. Ltd.

Abstract

This report details the project done during the internship period with Shiksha.com (A part of InfoEdge India Pvt.Ltd) and the corresponding recommendations provided to satisfy the objectives of the project. The current mailer system was studied and the gaps in requirements and information needs of students registered on Shiksha.com were found using secondary and primary research. The means of addressing these information needs through the mailer system and measures for generating content were identified. The final recommendations is in the form of list of action items for generating content mailers and the possible tie-up with third parties from whom the content can be syndicated.
