We would like to recollect all the lighter and brighter moments with them, catch up with their new stories both professional and personal, tell your own stories. We would like to learn from our alma mater more and more because knowledge is endless. We would like to listen to our favourite faculty and get motivated even further. We like to guide our juniors in taking right decisions for their future. Though we have all these desires, we don t know how to fulfil them. If only we had an environment reincarnating the old college life virtually. The attached report studies the opportunity of an online platform which can address this need of everyone to stay connected with your college friends, faculty and the institution itself. The report analysis if there is viable business model which can serve this segment alumni of premiere institutions. The approach taken for the analysis is to conduct in-depth interviews with various stakeholders for the envisioned platform. The stakeholders constitute alumni, alumni office within the institutions and professionals. Data from secondary sources also was used to compare the current situation in Indian institutes w.r.t internally renowned institutions. The report concludes that there is a possibility for such an enabler platform which can be run profitably. The report identifies that improving the engagement levels of alumni with institution is the key for platform success. In this regard, certain features of the product are proposed. The report provides details of the current competition landscape and threats of this opportunity.
