India is the largest consumer of gold and thus there lies a huge population who use gold as an investment product due to its ability to provide a hedge against inflation. Bullion is an international commodity traded widely across the globe. The methodology used is that of taking opinion of physical market operators, both large scale and small scale. Also the data was collected from free sources to look at the legalities needed to be fulfilled by institutions before entering derivatives market.
