Abstract: A live project was allocated with two distinct deliverables. The product under analysis was SPLENDA which is a low-calorie sweetener. •Lead the cross function initiative on digital marketing for SPLENDA and ONE TOUCH. Understanding the rationale behind the initiative. Lead all the activities leading to the launch of Facebook page- Diabetes Sweet and Simple. Co-ordination of activities leading to internal launch in HO and leading the same at Dharavi office. Anchor the on ground consumer activation plan for SPLENDA. Understanding the LCS category. Understanding the Brand and identify relevant opportunities for consumer activation. Develop the concept for Recipe Book for SPLENDA in Indian context and initiate tie-ups with restaurants. Evaluate other sampling opportunities. Through the above activities a consumer activation plan had to be developed for SPLENDAA low calorie sweetener.
