(Project Execution Office) services in India for organizations who are either executing large projects (> INR 500 crores) or enhancing capacity through expansion projects. Before the launch of the services, the company wishes to study and understand the situation in various business sectors which undertake large projects, either for themselves or their customers (e.g. EPC companies). The summer intern is expected to do a research on project management practices followed by various companies which may provide some guidance on ground realities and facts about particular market sectors which the company aims to address. The intern is required to choose a particular industry sector and select approximately 5 organizations to target. The company provided the intern “The ET Top 500 list” to help him choose. The intern is expected to execute the project in Northern India. | URI: | http://repository.iimb.ac.in/handle/2074/10700 |
