Facility management and conceirge industry in India: the market scenario, the organization and recommendations for introducing Superseva services in small and medium enterprises in India

Abstract

This is the summer internship project report performed at SuperSeva in the partial fulfillment of the requirement for the Post Graduate Program in Management, Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore. The project commenced from 2nd April 2012 and ended on 2nd June 2012. The report encapsulates my understanding about the Facility Management and Conceirge industry in India, the market scenario, the organization and recommendations for introducing Superseva services in small and medium enterprises in India. It was also focused on understanding and improving supply chain process of concierge industry. This understandings and suggestions are based on the office/ fieldwork and research performed in this 9 weeks time period.
