dc.description.abstractThe company is in its 4th year and is in the initial stages of a business. It offers a host of educational training services, most of them being offered in the contact based format and presently caters to Bangalore and Chennai based clients only. The requirement of the business is to devise a suitable strategy and an action plan to launch the company into the national arena, wherein the company can reach out with its offerings to clients from across the nation. The role offered as an intern at FinShiksha is that of Product, business development and marketing strategy. The above problem statement for the company was supposed to be analysed using the learnings and skills acquired during the studies of the first year of the curriculum of the PGP programme.
