dc.description.abstract | Career Cross Roads is a product that is designed to provide solutions to people suffering from Mid-career crisis (MCC). To explain more about the career cross roads it is necessary to understand what mid-career crisis is all about, what are the reasons for MCC, what are its symptoms and how can it be tackled with the help of an expert so that one can become more focused in their careers and achieve what they wanted to. Finally, how the product CCR is going to benefit the customer. Let us first try to understand the different stages in one’s career and how the one’s career goes through different stages as he/she gets more and more corporate exposure.
