Abstract: Citigold is a high end wealth management product proposition introduced by Citibank. It caters to the mass affluent segment and requires a minimum net relationship value of Rs. 30 lac. This relationship value for any account is calculated on the entire household which includes all the member of the Hindu Undivided Family and is calculated as an daily average over the entire month. The main objective of the proposition is to manage the wealth of the high-end clients and provide to them smooth and easy banking facilities and other lifestyle privileges and accesses.
