dc.description.abstract | This paper presents the journey of HTSL over the last few years in implementing and adopting various process initiatives. Specific methodology adopted for process definition, deployment and for continuous process improvements are presented. Opportunities for process improvements are identified through a survey and the survey results are presented. The findings will help guide HTSL's future process interventions and also provide useful lessons for other organizations contemplating similar initiatives. ©2005 IEEE. | |
