Abstract: An interview with M. P. Vasimalai, founder and executive director of the professional development organization Development of Humane Action (DHAN) Foundation, is presented. Vasimalai offers a background on the organization. He explains how community organisations are established by DHAN. He cites the relationship between the community organisations and DHAN staff, especially those in the field.
