Abstract: The main objectives of this study were to evaluate the PMX accounts in Bangalore and also to analyze consumer usage and attitude. For this purpose, six dealers were interviewed initially and then the final questionnaire was administered to all the dealers in Bangalore. To study the consumer usage and an attitude, a final questionnaire (based on the responses to the ten pilot questionnaires was administered to ninety-one consumers.
