Abstract: The project involved surveying buyers of Godrej office furniture and calculating the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the sample. The CSI and the ratings on the factors comprising CSI, for competitors, were compared with those of Godrej. The Godrej salesmen's perceptions of their customers' rating were compared with the actual customer ratings.
