Abstract

A.F, Ferguson & Co, is a lending Management Consultancy firm offering a wide range of consultancy services in Marketing, Feasibility Studies, Finance, Evaluation, Corporate Strategy, HRD, Recruitment, Compensation Survey, HIS, Information Technology, Operations, Environment etc. During the course of the Summer Assignment at A.F. Ferguson, Bangalore, four separate projects were undertaken. The report is presented in four separate sections, each section describing the problem background, methodology adopted, findings and analysis pertaining to that particular project.
