Abstract: Transfer of Power is not a curious case. Rather it is a complex process which demands effort, investigation and thorough analysis of various scenarios. The success of decision to change the leader is a test of time. No one can predict accurate implications of selecting a particular leader over the other. All we can do as a boundedly rational human is satisficingly optimize our choice of the new CEO and wait for the clock to turn.
