dc.description.abstract	IIM Bangalore campus hosts almost 200 contractual workers in different functions such as the campus security team, classroom maintenance team, horticulture team;students mess management and students hostel maintenance, etc. Through this study, we’ve tried to highlight some of the problems faced by the contract workers on the campus to give a few actionable suggestions. For our study, we limited our focus to the five verticals mentioned above. We interviewed around 15 workers from different streams.
