Abstract: Marico is an extensive data intensive FMCG company in India. The company is one of the fastest growing in the sector in India and has been a market leader in most of its brands. The company distribution network is a well established one in the sector. The company tracks its performance of brands and its sales personnel through various review mechanisms. Right now the review happens through manual process using various templates. Preparation of standard templates takes on an average of 45% of Mandays. The scope of the project is to prepare analytical models that helps the people concerned to track sales and also to prepare one click standard excel reports for various review process.
