Abstract: Till date the focus of Manza sales had been in the personal segment. The feedback of the customers had been great. With opening of Manza sales in commercial segment, the focus would be to get the attention of fleet operators catering premium customers and tourist operators and to sale Manza for tourist taxis. In the study the aim is to explore the potential to get into Premium cabs.
